Each location features a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, chiropractors, athletic therapists, massage therapists, strength and conditioning coaches, kinesiologists, dieticians, and psychologists. Role Description

The Physiotherapist is a full-time, on-site role based at The Bridge in Edmonton, AB. In this position, the Physiotherapist assesses, diagnoses, and treats musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and education. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, support injury prevention, and contribute to performance training programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one patient appointments,



documenting assessments and treatment progress, communicating clearly with clients about their goals and rehabilitation plans, and collaborating with other clinicians to optimize outcomes. The Physiotherapist also participates in case discussions, may assist with group-based programming, and contributes to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional clinic-gym environment.

Qualifications

- Professional clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions, including experience with therapeutic exercise and manual therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients, build rapport, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities to manage a full caseload, complete documentation accurately, and prioritize patient care needs.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and staying current with developments in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports performance.
- Relevant university degree in Physiotherapy and licensure or eligibility for licensure with the appropriate regulatory body in Alberta.
- Experience or strong interest in sports rehabilitation, performance training, or working in integrated clinic-gym settings is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in St. Albert, AB, including occasional evenings or weekends as required by clinic operations.
