Role Details

Location: Toronto or Brampton office.

Hybrid work schedule – minimum 3 in‑office days per week (Tue‑Thu) with remaining days remote.

Base salary: $82,800 – $115,000 annually; ranges based on location, experience, etc.

About This Opportunity Senior Analyst, HRIS Systems and Automation – part of Human Resources team. Use Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools to build automation & AI solutions, improve HR processes, and support decision‑making.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and support automation and AI‑enabled solutions to improve HR processes.

Translate business requirements and pain points into practical technical solutions, including workflows, integrations, and self‑service tools.

Develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and related platforms.

Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, support solution design, and advance initiatives from concept to launch.

Contribute to design decisions focusing on usability, scalability, maintainability, and speed to value.

Conduct testing, prompt tuning, quality checks, and issue resolution to ensure solutions are accurate and ready for production.

Monitor solution performance, usage, and feedback after launch, and continually improve automations based on metrics and insights.

Create and maintain documentation, process maps, and user guidance to support adoption and sustainment.

Qualifications

Post‑secondary education in computer science, information systems, engineering, data/analytics, business technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience building, configuring, or supporting automation, workflow, integration,



or AI‑enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.

Hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar automation and AI technologies.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and emerging AI technologies, including SAP Joule and Agentic AI, preferred.

Experience with system integrations, APIs, connectors, or data flows across enterprise platforms (asset).

Experience with HR systems, people processes, employee service delivery, or people analytics (nice to have).

Familiarity with prompt design, testing approaches, and quality assurance for automation or AI solutions (asset).

Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL (asset).

Strong technical problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions.

Solid communication and collaboration skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
