Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range: CA$160,000.00/yr - CA$180,000.00/yrResponsibilities:Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across exploration and development activitiesProvide commercial support to operational leaders, including contract analysis, vendor negotiations, and spend evaluationBuild and refine the monthly budget-to-actuals process and develop meaningful management reportingPartner closely with the outsourced accounting provider (Sentinel) responsible for bookkeeping and month-end closeStrengthen internal finance capability by bringing operational visibility into financial decision-makingSupport policy development in areas such as flow-through expenditures, tax filings, and documentationCollaborate with the CFO on strategic planning, project economics, and long‑range financial modelsEnsure data accuracy and financial integrity in support of board materials, cashflow oversight,
