In this full time temporary role, you will support the Provincial Privileging Team. Reporting to the Program Manager, your expertise in Medical Affairs is critical for document processing, workflow management, and onboarding practitioners. You'll work closely with Medical Staff and external stakeholders to uphold organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage appointment and privileging documentation workflow
• Coordinate with recruitment for practitioner start timelines
• Prepare and distribute ZARC and CMO packages
• Review licensure and liability documentation
• Handle correspondence for applications and appointments
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in office or business administration
• Previous Medical Affairs experience
• Knowledge of AHS Medical Staff Bylaws
• Familiarity with appointment and privileges processes
• Robust organizational and communication skills
