As an RPN in our Forensic Program, you will provide specialized, recovery-focused care within a multidisciplinary team. You will be expected to work across various units as patient needs dictate, providing assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services under secure conditions. Your role is essential in delivering inspirational and supportive care to individuals navigating mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patient assessment and documentation of care needs
• Administer medications and interventions as required




• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Implement and model the Recovery philosophy in care
• Maintain effective communication with patients and team
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
• Knowledge of CNO Standards of Practice
• Experience with psychiatric nursing preferred
• Ability to work shifts and meet physical demands
