Daiya Foods is looking for dedicated Production Associates to boost our manufacturing operations. In this full-time role, you will focus on packaging tasks, performing line inspections, and maintaining equipment to ensure quality production. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary as you will be working Monday through Friday with the potential for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete packaging tasks and maintain documentation
• Assist with machine setup and changeover processes
• Retrieve materials and operate packaging machinery
• Pack and label products; manage pallet transfers
• Ensure quality checks and communicate deficiencies
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging is beneficial
• Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced setting
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
