In this in-office position, the Client Manager supports Charles River’s strategic clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth by overseeing project delivery and client relations. You will leverage your solid trading workflow knowledge and interpersonal skills while collaborating with both internal teams and senior client leaders. Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering long-term partnerships and aligning investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



• Ensure high touch client engagement with regular onsite visits • Develop relationships with senior personnel to understand client strategies • Maintain knowledge of Charles River IMS functionalities • Collaborate frequently with internal teams on client needs • Proactively resolve issues and support project delivery

Requirements: • BA/BS in Finance, Technology, or relevant field • 5 years' experience in Financial Services or Software • Robust communication and presentation skills • Ability to build relationships with senior decision makers • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
