What You'll Do
Gyptech is seeking an Equipment Assembler to join our team. Your role will involve:
Assembling large scale industrial mechanical equipment
Testing and troubleshooting equipment
Reading and interpreting blueprints,
drawings and specifications
This position is based out of our manufacturing facility in Oakville. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm (or 5am to 3:30pm) with some overtime required.
What You Offer
Strong mechanical aptitude
Fitting, Welding, hydraulics and pneumatic experience would be an asset
Strong communication skills - Fluent in English
Ability to read AutoCAD and Inventor prints
Must work well with others and within a team environment
Ability to organize work under project deadline constraints
Strong problem solving skills and decision making abilities
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Must possess a valid driver's license
