Help create a clean learning space at Glenmore Christian Academy as a part time Custodian. This position offers weekday shifts, totaling 4 hours of work daily.
Glenmore Christian Academy is looking for a Custodian to ensure a suitable setting aligned with its Christian values. Your role will include sweeping, washing, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the school facilities. Additionally, you will be involved in minor maintenance and snow removal to ensure safe access for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain all floor cleanliness including sweeping and mopping
• Dust and clean glass surfaces as required
• Ensure washrooms and kitchen areas are tidy
• Collect and sort waste and recyclables
• Assist with classroom setups and breakdowns
Requirements:
• Agreement with GCA’s Statement of Faith is essential
• A Criminal Records Check must be completed
• Robust communication skills are required
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform minor repairs
