Key Responsibilities:
• Lead new confectionery product development from concept to launch
• Optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance
• Develop and revise production SOPs and specifications

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in confectionery or food science
• Proven experience in developing chocolates and gummies
