Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role demands a dedicated Service Technician for refrigeration systems. You will manage customer relationships, ensure site safety, and perform equipment inspections. This position requires creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and execute refrigeration system drawings and schematics
• Recommend services and upgrades to customers
• Assemble and install refrigeration systems and components
• Clean, repair, and calibrate sensors and controllers
• Complete safety reports and Field Level Hazard Assessments
Requirements:
• Red Seal Ticket in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Experience with ammonia and/or freon systems
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Solid customer service commitment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
