In this position, you will report directly to the Production Manager and be involved in the manual assembly of SMT and through-hole electronic components. You'll also be responsible for inspecting and reworking mixed technology. A strong ability to multitask and maintain organization in our rapid-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble electronic components manually for quality output
• Inspect and perform rework on SMT and through-hole tech
• Demonstrate working knowledge of IPC standards
• Execute accurate soldering of electrical components
• Support mechanical assembly efforts as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a soldering domain
• IPC certification is preferred for this role
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs
• Normal eyesight, with or without corrections
• Must display robust organizational skills
