Driver - Customer Service Representative (Toronto/Etobicoke)

Responsibilities
Deliver beer, kegs and packaged goods across the various supply chain networks and pick up all returns while being a brand ambassador to Steam Whistle, delivering exceptional customer service
Restock customer’s coolers where necessary and collect all empties
Comply with CVOR regulations and all other highway traffic act regulations
Conduct business in a skilled manner including smart personal appearance, and keeping a clean and maintained delivery vehicle
Proactively communicate with Distribution and Sales teams, raising issues and ideas as necessary
Promote Steam Whistle’s Accounts Receivable Policy; advising customers of their account status and demonstrating how receipts/empty credits will be applied
Completion of administration/paperwork as required on timely basis

This is a part time position. 3 to 5 day-shifts per week between Monday and Friday. Pay range $21.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience.

Skills and Experience Required
Excellent customer service skills
Physically capable of repetitive lifting of heavy products
An analytical, independent thinker with robust communication skills
Full G licence, ideally with some commercialdriving experience
General knowledge of the Greater Toronto Area
