About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Finance Director & CFO for its Canadian Creative Medicine business. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all financial aspects, providing end-to-end financial leadership, and ensuring solid financial governance. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic decision-making across commercial, supply chain, and corporate functions. Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of financial strategy, delivering financial insights to support business growth, and partnering with the leadership team to shape long-range and annual business plans. The role also involves financial planning, performance management, and commercial and supply chain finance oversight.





Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for CPA/CMA/CFA. A minimum of 14 years' progressive experience in finance leadership, particularly within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of integrity, the ability to influence business outcomes, and experience in leading a high-performing finance organization. Solid strategic thinking, decision-making capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role demands a leader with an enterprise mindset, who is results-driven, agile, and resilient in agile environments, and who can effectively manage a high-volume, complex, global organization.
