Elevate community engagement for Hamilton Sports Group as a Community Partnerships Coordinator. This full time role includes player scheduling and event execution for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Forge FC.
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, you will work closely with the Senior Manager of Community Partnerships & Player Relations. You will oversee community programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that our initiatives generate tangible outcomes. Your role will also involve supervising interns and coordinating community events across both clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead booking and scheduling for player appearances
• Manage day-to-day execution of community events
• Coordinate Forge FC community activations effectively
• Oversee donations and community ticket requests
• Supervise and mentor Community Partnerships interns
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years in event planning or community relations
• Experience with project management tools like Asana
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work versatile schedule
Contribute to community impact through sports engagement and effective program management.
