You will report to the Purchasing Manager and assist our 22 auto and heavy-duty truck parts locations in Eastern Ontario. Focus on daily order processing, inventory replenishment, and ensuring optimal inventory turns. Your organized approach will help minimize backorders and lost sales while providing clear communication with branches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily purchase orders and inventory replenishment
• Optimize network inventory for availability and performance
• Monitor fill rates and backorders to minimize lost sales




• Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate transfers
• Accurately receive, invoice, and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• Solid attention to detail in repetitive tasks
• Working knowledge of inventory management principles
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to prioritize in quick-paced settings
