The Company is seeking a Chief Investment Officer (CIO) to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its investment portfolio. The CIO will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and vision to a team of approximately 16, and will oversee the investment management function, including risk management, asset allocation, performance management, and fund/vendor management. This role is pivotal in working closely with the Board, Investment Committee, and various advisory committees to ensure the sustainability and growth of the organization's pension funds. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in investment management, with a focus on both bottom-up portfolio management and top-down fund management,
and will be expected to have a proven track record of providing strategic investment advice and advancing investment operations.
Candidates for the CIO position at the company should possess significant leadership experience in an investment management role, either in managing a complex investment function or as a service provider across a range of investment classes.
