Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule content calendars.
Write engaging, on-brand captions and optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Oversee community management: respond to comments, engage with followers, and build brand communities.
Manage influencer marketing campaigns, from outreach to execution and reporting.
Analyze social performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay up to date with social trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to clients.




Collaborate with the creative team (design, photography, video) to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media management (agency or brand-side).
Robust understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms, including trends, analytics, and content best practices.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail.
Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
Strong organizational and project management skills—able to manage multiple accounts at once.
Familiarity with scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
A creative thinker who understands both aesthetics and strategy.
