Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily operational support for enterprise network infrastructure
• Monitor network health and performance to ensure stability
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues
• Configure and maintain network hardware and infrastructure
• Participate in infrastructure improvement projects
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in enterprise network environments
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and VMware VeloCloud
