As a Head Lifeguard, your main focus will be managing daily aquatic operations while directly supporting your team. You will reinforce lifeguarding standards and engage with customers to create a protected, organized workplace. This role is critical for upholding our mission of promoting healthy lifestyles in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise aquatic operations during shifts
• Provide coaching and support for instructors
• Monitor safety protocols and communicate risks
• Be the first point of contact for guest inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks related to lessons
Requirements:
• Current National Lifeguard certification needed
• Intermediate First Aid and CPR‑C/AED certifications
• At least 2 years of aquatics experience
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Recent Police Information Check required
