CHIMO is actively seeking a full time Coordinator to join the Solo Program, aimed at providing essential support for youth independence. This role involves working closely with young individuals to foster confidence and achieve their personal goals through skill development and advocacy. You will connect them with community resources and provide tailored guidance on various life aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized action plans for youth's growth
• Provide coaching on daily living, budgeting, and housing
• Advocate alongside youth for their needs and goals




• Track progress and maintain necessary documentation
• Engage with community partners for comprehensive support
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services and 2 years’ relevant experience
• Robust organizational and computer skills
• Flexibility in working hours and driving capabilities
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
• Recent Criminal Record Check and Children’s Services Record Check
