Conduct change management needs analysis for initiatives
Provide consulting on organizational change implementation
Partner with leaders to assess impacts and risks
Design and execute leadership development initiatives
Plan and manage leadership forums and summitsRequirements:
Over five years of experience in change management
Certified Human Resources Skilled/Leader (CHRP/CHRL) preferred
Master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
Experience in designing leadership programs
