In this role, Burnside is looking for an Architect to support its Facilities Design Team and engage with a variety of sectors. You will coordinate effectively with other design professionals and play a vital role in managing multidisciplinary projects from concept through to construction. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with codes and regulations while fostering solid client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and design projects using architectural knowledge
• Create and refine conceptual plans and renderings
• Oversee project teams and document preparation
• Interact with clients to understand and exceed their needs
• Monitor construction for adherence to approved designs
Requirements:
• Accredited architecture degree; OAA membership required
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with construction procedures and building systems
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical and communication skills
