Beard Winter LLP is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
Providing reception and administrative legal support;
Open/close switchboard and reception on a daily basis;
Assisting with catering requirement for client meetings;
Handling and logging all couriers and organization of waybills;
Reconciliation of accounting invoices to courier waybills;
Co-ordination of boardroom bookings and virtual meetings;
Other clerical work as time permits.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written;
Works well independently and at times,



under pressure;
Ability to deal in a skilled and friendly manner with clients;
Reliable and flexibility with work schedule;
Problem solver and resourceful;
Commitment to learning and can adapt to change;
Experience in a law firm or a recent graduate from a recognized legal administrative program is considered an asset.

The anticipated base annual salary range for this position is $46,000.00 to $55,000.00. This range represents the anticipated compensation for the position in compliance with Ontario’s pay transparency requirements. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may fall above or below this range, depending on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills,
