Join our Health Services team as an onsite Program Support Nurse focused on improving resident-centered care. You will be responsible for delivering educational leadership and assessing the training needs of nursing staff. Your role includes developing compliance monitoring strategies aligned with care standards, conducting annual updates of infection control measures, and supporting the Outbreak Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide leadership and training to nursing staff • Assess multidisciplinary team training requirements • Monitor adherence to infection control policies • Update infection prevention programs and staff training annually • Lead the outbreak management team during events

Requirements: • RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Preferred degree in Gerontology and educator experience • Mandatory Certification in Infection Control (CIC) • Robust oral and written communication skills • Willingness to adjust hours for training and emergencies
