Summary

Hyatt Regency Calgary is seeking a full‑time registered massage therapist to join our spa team. The role involves providing therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massages, documenting SOAP notes, educating guests, and maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities
Follow Stillwater Service Standards and maintain a professional and positive attitude with guests and co‑workers.
Perform therapeutic, relaxation, and prenatal massage in a safe and professional manner.
Document SOAP notes for every massage service in accordance with the association’s mandate.
Educate guests on products and homecare.
Maintain current skilled licenses, association memberships, and keep up to date on industry trends.
Maintain current City of Calgary Massage Business License.
Be available to work on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Have valid work authorization for Canada.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of massage experience.
Graduated from a 2200‑hour massage therapy program.
Valid City of Calgary Massage Business License.




Valid membership to a recognized massage association.

This role will typically allow a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Excellent competitive commissions are offered at 29.5% from start and up to 31.5% for repeat client requests.
