Responsibilities
Finishing concrete with hand and power tools to the high standard our customers expect.
Reading site conditions and adjusting your technique to get the finish right.
Installing joints, textures, and final surface details.
Pitching in on job prep on some projects: formwork & rebar.

Qualifications




5+ years of concrete finishing experience.
Confidently finish flatwork, curbs, and walls.
Ability to run your own section of the job and work well with the crew around you.
High standards for quality and safety.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Willingness to travel out of town when a project calls for it.
Ability to pass site‑required drug and alcohol testing.

Preferred Qualifications
Red Seal certification or equivalent experience.
Repair and resurfacing experience.
Comfort running a laser screed and power trowel.
