As a critical team member, you will be responsible for managing recycling collections from residential areas. The position demands proficient navigation of routes and effective communication with clients. Additional responsibilities include resolving collection issues and completing vehicle inspections for safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely drive side-load trucks to collect recycling
• Follow designated routes for effective service
• Provide friendly service addressing customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot route or vehicle issues as they arise
• Perform vehicle inspections daily before and after collections
Requirements:
• Class 5 License with Air Brakes Endorsement required
• Preferred two years in the waste management sector
• Clean driver’s abstract with no violations
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions
