Our client is in search of an Intermediate Interior Designer with four years of post-graduate experience to join their vibrant team. This role suits detail-oriented individuals who thrive in creative project leadership. You’ll be responsible for impactful design solutions across various project types, interfacing directly with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on project scopes and delivery timelines
• Develop space plans, FF&E; selections, and renderings
• Assist in client presentations and design execution
• Oversee compliance with building codes and regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design required
• Minimum 4 years in relevant design experience
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp
• Familiarity with Revit is a plus
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
