Houle is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator who possesses SME-level knowledge of security systems to contribute to our Security & Healthcare Technology team. With over three years in project management, you'll be responsible for team leadership and project execution, ensuring the seamless integration of technologies such as CCTV and access control. This position involves approximately 25% travel across Alberta for system upgrades and client support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all project facets including labor and material requirements
• Cultivate relationships with consultants and end users
• Submit tenders and manage financials for projects
• Ensure timely completion of necessary reports and documentation
• Collaborate with field teams and internal support staff
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Solid understanding of security and healthcare systems
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Trade qualification or electrical TQ is beneficial
