CoreFactor is seeking a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness for an 18-month hybrid contract in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on developing organizational effectiveness capabilities, including designing structures, clarifying accountabilities, and enabling high-performing teams. You'll guide organization design projects, establish governance, and empower Business HR with essential tools and guidance.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, HR, or Organizational Development
