About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Customer Success to lead a agile team and drive the growth and maturity of customer success within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking over an existing team that includes Implementation, Onboarding, Account Management, and Technical Support, and for supporting a significant book of business. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to transform the customer experience, and the Head of Customer Success will be instrumental in bringing in the necessary processes, playbooks, and technology stack to support this evolution.
The ideal candidate will have a background in leading customer success at a B2B SaaS firm,
with a specific focus on small-to-mid-market customers. Experience in building and implementing processes and playbooks, particularly with an emphasis on expansion strategies, is essential. The role also requires a candidate with a proven track record in implementing CRM and/or CSM technologies, and experience with tools such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango is highly valued. The Head of Customer Success will be the driving force behind the company's customer success strategy, with a explicit goal of transitioning the team from a churn-minimizing approach to one that maximizes expansion and growth.
