Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and Quality, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments and ongoing program development. You will empower clients and their care partners through effective communication strategies and training. Your engagement in research and quality improvement will help shape cutting-edge service delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions
• Conduct client assessments and documentation
• Lead volunteer training and internal education
• Create accessible communication materials
• Engage with external community resources for referrals
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• At least five years’ experience in aphasia treatment
• Familiarity with Supported Conversation strategies
• Robust organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written communication abilities
