Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for retail positions
• Source candidates using Indeed and other platforms
• Conduct telephone and Zoom interviews with applicants
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
• Extend employment offers and handle onboarding documentation
Requirements:
• Full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume setting
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
• Experience in retail or merchandising roles an asset
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
