You will cover Corporate Development, leading the end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Your experience in financial modeling, negotiation, and market analysis will be critical to unlocking enterprise value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate M&A; and investment opportunities
• Build financial models and strategic business cases

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 4+ years in corporate development or investment banking
• Proven M&A; deal sourcing and execution track record
• Solid financial modeling and deal structuring skills
