Top 3-4 Skills and Experience Technical procedure writing and execution experience for SOP/MOP/EOPs Experience operating critical building systems onsite using facility/system monitoring systems formechanical/electrical/controls disciplines Independently leading incident management tasks; experience responding to incidents in a leadership capacity Experience as an equipment technician performing inspections and break fix for equipment (e.G. generators, UPS, AHU, chillers, ) Job Specs:· Processes method statement of work (MSOW)documents. Coordinates activities and associated schedules with contractors.Performs inspections of equipment in a facility. Participates in testing andcommissioning activities. Advises engineer partners or project managementcolleagues on project scope process or execution methodology. Presents forreview and approval MSOW in their area of responsibility. · Prepares and submits reports as assignedfollowing preexisting scripts and templates, or using ad hoc methods requiredto support trending and analysis (e.G., Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports) andmay review prior reports delivered by less experienced team members. Developsmethods of operating procedure (MOPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs),and/or digital methods of operating procedures (DMOPs) for highly complexand/or interdependent equipment and disciplines to ensure safe and reliableexecution. Reviews completed work using approved tools and procedural templatesfrom less experienced technicians for accuracy and completeness. Completes andprovides coaching to support less experienced technicians for mandatory,technical, and procedural training assignments. Analyzes findings from reportsand documents observations. · Performs various types of maintenance(e.G., planned, predictive, corrective) and repairs for multiple disciplinesand multiple equipment types of increasing complexity with no supervision,while serving as a subject matter expert for one discipline - in considerationof Task Hazard Analysis (THA), Method Statement of Work (MSOW), or varyingpermit requirements. Communicates and/or escalates maintenance activities perestablished process and procedure.
Prioritizes maintenance activities asrequired and/or appropriate. Documents tasks or issues during maintenanceactivities within appropriate systems per process and procedure as needed.Provides consultation to colleagues on maintenance and repairs through deepunderstanding of equipment, systems and their interrelations. Followsrecommended maintenance schedules. Oversees everyday, complex, large-scaletasks for a single discipline or equipment across disciplines. Ensures followup action items are addressed in a timely manner. Masters the maintenance ofall systems and equipment in a secure and professional manner and understandslevels of risk (LORs) associated with varying types of maintenance across alldisciplines. Plans, coordinates, and presents maintenance items for review andapproval in their area of responsibility. · Performs troubleshooting independently formultiple equipment, systems, subsystems, and component types. Documents issuesfound in troubleshooting process within appropriate systems per process andprocedure as needed. Ensures equipment and system settings are consistent withestablished parameters and designs. Determines when troubleshooting efforts aredeemed adequate and communicates or escalates to suppliers, engineers, or moreexperienced colleagues as needed. Has a hands-on understanding of how equipmentin all disciplines work and how to troubleshoot to subsystem level. Providesconsultation to less experienced colleagues with troubleshooting systems andproblems. Oversees less experienced colleagues, or directly troubleshootingsystems and investigates root causes.
