Job description Senior UX/UI Designer Pay Rate:

$65.00/hour

Job Summary We are seeking a

Senior UX/UI Designer

to lead the design of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Conduct user research and usability testing.

Maintain design systems and accessibility (WCAG) standards.

Collaborate with product, development, and business teams.





Facilitate design workshops and mentor junior designers.

Qualifications

8+ years of UX/UI, product, or digital design experience.

Expert proficiency in

Figma .

Financial Experience

Strong understanding of UX research, responsive design, and accessibility.

Experience leading Design Thinking workshops and working in Agile teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Rate:

$65.00/hour
