You will work closely with equipment and tools, ensuring the efficient assembly of floor systems and roofs. Your ability to read blueprints accurately will guide the construction process, allowing for quality and safety in every project undertaken.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and finish prefabricated wall and floor systems
• Examine blueprints to prepare project layouts
• Execute back framing tasks to complete homes
• Coordinate site logistics and crane operation
• Mentor new employees on-site
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years of relevant framing experience
• Knowledge of construction codes
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit preferred
• Capability to use various construction tools
