Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee payroll data
• Prepare weekly payroll for hourly staff across provinces
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and agreements
• Reconcile company and union benefit liabilities
• Prepare year-end payroll reporting for employees
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English
• Two years of experience in payroll administration
• Knowledge of statutory payroll laws
• Proficient in automated payroll systems
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
