This Controller role at Santa Maria Foods is a leadership position guiding a team of five in financial and operational reporting. You will engage with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure financial accuracy and improve reporting processes. Your strategic oversight includes managing cash flow, internal controls, and developing relationships with vital grocery customers across three manufacturing sites: Goreway, Humberline, and Belleville.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and lead the accounting team towards excellence
• Partner with Operations for accurate financial analysis




• Manage month-end financial closing procedures
• Report on cash flow and improve working capital
• Ensure compliance with internal control standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field
• CMA/ CGA/ CA/ CPA with over 10 years’ experience
• Experience in manufacturing, particularly in food processing
• Demonstrated leadership and exceptional communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP knowledge preferred
