We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work alongside the Project Manager at BEL Contracting. Ideal candidates will have a civil engineering background and solid communication skills. You will track project progress, manage utilities, and aid in budget forecasting while fostering a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety measures are prioritized for all staff
• Track project functions including scheduling and subcontractor progress
• Take photos and manage testing duties effectively
• Collaborate with Estimators on estimates and bids
• Analyze job costing and assist in budgeting efforts
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 1 year of project coordination experience
• Robust skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when necessary
