What you’ll bring:

We are looking for someone team-oriented, creative, and forward‑thinking. Ideally, you’ll have experience in private litigation practice and a solid knowledge of corporate law; you’ll be able to collaborate effortlessly with others on the LCL team. Even though we often work independently, we use a shared system and regularly share our knowledge and experience with each other. You will be known for your excellent communication skills, collaborative nature, attention to detail and brilliant legal mind. You’ll bring with you excellent experience, and a desire to practise condominium law.





What you’ll do:

This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role, and your input on behalf of the firm will be felt directly. You will be directly involved in litigation matters representing condominiums, in all aspects of enforcement, litigation, and corporate law, including:

mediations and arbitrations involving shared facilities disputes and developer issues;

enforcement and compliance‑related disputes representing clients before the Condominium Authority Tribunal and all levels of Court;

commencing and defending applications before the Condominium Authority Tribunal;

from drafting corporate documents to navigating agile board meetings;

advising boards and managers with clear and practical legal advice.
