• Administer medications and oversee care plans

• Facilitate smooth resident transitions and discharges
• Supervise care delivery by unregulated providers
Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience in senior care is preferred
• Proficient communication and critical thinking skills
• Willing to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
