In this role, you will serve as the main intellectual property specialist for Small Molecule programs. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary IP partner for assigned programs • Independently draft and prosecute patent applications • Collaborate on global patent strategies with partners • Perform prior art searches and analyze competitor patents • Review potential publication impacts on patents
Requirements: • PhD in organic chemistry or a related field • Proven patent experience with small molecules • Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent Office • Robust understanding of patent strategies and processes • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
