Job Description
As per the Care Plan – assist residents in:
dressing
bathing/showering
eating
toileting
transferring
mobility
preparing breakfast according to the posted menu and resident preference
Assumes responsibility for the maintenance of patient programming/rehabilitation in groups or individually
Communicate changes in a patient’s functional status as related to individual or group programming
