Duties Of The Role
Lead Fulfillment Centre (FC) team
Manage daily operations within the Fulfillment Centre; order fulfillment, inbound operations, inventory control
Key operational liaison with Customer Service Team, Customers and Transportation partners

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
College Diploma/University degree with 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, automated, case pick distribution workplace
In depth knowledge and record of leveraging the capabilities of Warehouse Management Systems
Proven success in leading and developing high performing teams
Material Handling equipment operation experience
A strong inclination for continuous improvement
A demonstrated history of meeting commitments and achieving success
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements of business (ie. working occasional Sundays)
