The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the day shift to lead and develop the production team. You'll own the day-to-day supervision of production operations, keeping safety, quality, and efficiency standards on track. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

The Opportunity
Supervise and direct production employees
Uphold operational procedures — safety, quality, yield, GMP, HACCP, and BRC
Set transparent expectations, monitor performance, provide coaching and discipline




Coordinate and execute the production plan alongside stakeholders
Partner with cross-functional departments to keep plant expectations on track
Maintain employee records related to H&S;, production, and timesheets
Support continuous improvement by helping develop and maintain departmental policies, processes, and SOPs
Participate in internal and external audits, and lead root cause investigations and corrective actions as needed

Requirements
Proven supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, and food safety regulations
Solid people leadership skills
Experience managing production scheduling and coordinating with stakeholders
