Service Specialist

The Service Specialist is responsible for providing assistance to customers throughout the General Sales area and ensuring a superior shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Handle customer issues and supervise the front end of the store while on duty.
Monitor cashier coverage, maintain front end supplies, replenish change float, and answer calls for customer assistance at the checkout.
Provide frequent customer service contact in a quick‑paced environment, delivering quality service in a skilled and courteous manner.
Train and monitor staff, delegate responsibilities, and follow up on work habits.
Maintain a positive, mature, and professional leadership style.

Qualifications

Applicants should have superior customer service experience, a sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Supervisory experience is considered an asset.
