The IHOST team, located at the Comox Valley Nursing Centre, seeks a Family Physician to provide primary, wound, and addiction care on an outreach basis. You'll work collaboratively with Mental Health and Substance Use teams, enhancing care delivery for clients not currently utilizing clinic services. Enjoy same-day access and join a supportive physician team dedicated to improving community health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide episodic primary care outreach services
• Collaborate with addiction medicine and mental health teams




• Support clinic-based services for marginalized populations
• Engage in wound care and addiction support
• Work part-time with specific shift coverage on Thursdays and Fridays
