About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the transformation of its marketing function during a significant period of growth and product commercialization. This pivotal role involves reshaping the marketing strategy to be more up-to-date and AI-enabled, with a focus on enhancing market visibility, increasing pipeline generation, and supporting global expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and evolving the current marketing team, structure, tools, and processes, with a key emphasis on integrating AI, automation,



and agentic technologies to drive efficiency and output. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure that marketing activities are in line with the company's broader business priorities and growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B marketing, particularly in digital channels, demand generation, and commercial growth. While experience in the construction or concrete industry is not mandatory, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are highly valued. The role requires a leader who is both supportive and accountable, with a proven track record of investing in coaching and development, setting high expectations, and making tough decisions when necessary. The Head of Marketing will also be instrumental in refining market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for the company's expanding product portfolio, and must be adept at translating complex technical solutions into transparent, compelling narratives that resonate with customers.
